SOCIETY OF ST
VINCENT DE PAUL

This Society is a group of dedicated men and
women who assist the poor and needy of our community. It
is supported by individual contributions and financial
assistance from the parish. Meetings are held biweekly
and operations consist of casework for two hours each
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All manner of assistance
is offered. Hands-on training is provided by ministry
leaders; social worker background is desirable, but not
necessary.
Respect Life/Social Justice Ministry
Respect Life/Social Justice Ministry collects
toiletries on the first Sunday of every month. These
items are give to Catholic Charities who in turn
distribute the items to needy families who come into
their facility. Items needed are personal hygiene
items such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste,
toothbrushes, razors, deodorant, etc. We also still
collect eyeglasses and sunglasses. There is a
special marked box in the Narthex that you can leave
the items in. We thank you sincerely for your
contributions.
