The death of a loved one is a time of sorrow for the family and friends. For believers, this grief is filled with hope because Our Lord Jesus Christ is risen and has opened the gates of paradise to the faithful.The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at a Catholic Funeral is to Give Glory to God, to pray for the soul of the departed, and to comfort the mourners. It reminds the living of the importance of being prepared to meet God. We also wish to honor the memory of the deceased. 

Arrangements can be made with Carol Knouse and her bereavement team. We do not hold funerals on Sundays, Holy Days of Obligation, Paschal Triduum, and National Holidays. The Priests and staff of Divine Mercy are here to be of assistance to you in your time of need. Have you experienced the comfort of someone walking with you during a time of loss? You can be that presence for another family. Our bereavement Ministry serves parish families who have lost someone dear to them by offering compassion and support during their loved one's service. Grieving with great hope

This is a 6 week workshop that offers prayerful refection, practical learning and personal fellowship for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. Your individual way of grieving will be accepted without judgement and your understanding of grief will be facilitated in a safe and confidential environment. Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions and be open to learning, without any expectations to share or actively participate until you feel ready.
